This was inspired by, as well as a response to a fan art of Black Hat performing a seductive hitchhiking method, which was also inspired by the exact scene with The Joker (sadly the art itself was taken down by the artist themselves). If Demencia were to see this, this would be her "Hello Nurse" moment right here! XD
